Cool stuff, Matt. I never knew there was such thing as a “garlic queen” especially one from CA too.

My favorite photo is the one w/ the mask vendor and his wares. Japanese pop culture is so different from the American one. The closest we come is during the annual Comic Con. That reminds me, I still need to process those photos.

i used lightroom and i made some custom tweaks. i put it on grayscale, then i made it a low contrast b&w. then i upped the blacks, upped the fill a little, upped the clarity to give it some grain, and then i tweaked the colors a bit. i think i upped the reds a little.

I like this album….. The flower is purdy…. Its sweet of you to take your friend couple out for their anniversary and take their pictures! You should do a photoshoot with them… hehe.

i bought a cell phone holder to hold up my iphone when i’m using the GPS. luckily, my small camera fit there. the rattling noise you hear is because it’s loose. lol. it’s not the best of holders.
